This lesson shows you how urinary metabolites can provide insight into metabolic flow across cellular energy, oxidative stress, microbial activity, oxalates, detoxification, and nutrient-dependent pathways. Rather than treating a long report as dozens of unrelated results, you will learn to organize the findings into functional groups and interpret the relationships among them.
OAT is especially useful when you need to understand low capacity, poor tolerance, persistent microbial patterns, or symptoms that another panel does not fully explain. It can connect findings that otherwise appear unrelated and help reveal why the client is not responding as expected before more advanced interventions are added.
