FREE CLASS: The Missing Piece
— LESSON 13 of 13
The layer that influences every finding, intervention, and phase of a case.
This lesson explains how nervous-system state influences digestion, hormones, immune activity, detoxification, inflammation, and the client’s ability to respond to an otherwise appropriate plan. It moves beyond asking whether someone feels stressed and focuses on recognizing whether their physiology has the capacity to adapt to what you are asking it to do.
The nervous system is not a separate phase completed at the end. It is assessed and supported throughout the entire case because it affects both the findings you collect and the client’s tolerance for each next step. When appropriate interventions repeatedly fail to hold, regulation may need to become the primary work while everything else slows down.
