FREE CLASS: The Missing Piece
— LESSONS 2 OF 13
The measures that show whether anything is actually moving between panels.
This lesson shows you how to use real-time and trend-based data to understand what is happening between appointments and beyond a single laboratory snapshot. Biometrics can reveal patterns in glucose, sleep, stress, recovery, nutrition, digestion, and motility that may be missed when you rely only on symptoms or an isolated result.
Baseline biometric data is collected near the beginning of a case, after the initial intake and before deeper testing. It helps confirm the direction established by the questionnaires, identify physiological instability that could distort later results, and show whether foundational changes are working before another panel is run.
