This lesson explores how mold exposure and mycotoxins can affect multiple systems, how to evaluate possible environmental exposure, and how mold-related findings may connect with gut, immune, neurological, mitochondrial, and detoxification patterns. It also emphasizes the difference between identifying a potential contributor and assuming that every complex case is a mold case.
The environmental question may need to be considered early because ongoing exposure can limit progress. Deeper mycotoxin work, however, must still match the client’s stability and capacity. Mold becomes a stronger priority when exposure is credible or when a chronic, multisystem case repeatedly relapses or fails to respond as expected.
