Minerals, ratios, and oxidation rate — read as a pattern, not a list of highs and lows.
FREE CLASS: The Missing Piece
— LESSONS 7 OF 13
Minerals, ratios, and oxidation rate — read as a pattern, not a list of highs and lows.
This lesson shows you how to use mineral levels and ratios to understand stress adaptation, oxidation patterns, electrolyte balance, depletion, and the body’s current capacity for deeper work. The focus is on reading the report as a connected pattern rather than matching each individual high or low mineral with a supplement.
HTMA belongs within the stabilization and repletion portion of a case, after consistent foundations have had time to take hold. It can help distinguish a body that is ready to progress from one that still needs rebuilding. Retesting later is what allows you to evaluate adaptation, response, and changing capacity over time.
